Jcat you can download the full game for free just google it, tiger 08 is basically abandonware now, all you then need do is mount the image with something like daemon tools lite then grab a no cd patch also found via google search, i did this for a friend of mine now we just need to figure out how to play online together. Or you can just get it on amazon for 5-15 dollars roughly.

When you run this put it inside the games bin folder then run it as admin, once it starts choose tiger woods 2004 custom res from drop down, then click find it for me, this will locate the DLL file needed to patch.
